Patricia Cafferty

Patricia is a qualitative researcher and communication strategist with more than 30 years’ experience in advertising agencies, media companies and brand consultancies in Europe and North America. She was a founding partner of Original Strategy and Research Partners in 2003.

From 1997-2004 Patricia worked as a strategy associate of Brand Architecture International in Ireland. From 1994-1997 she was Media Account Planning Director, Vice President at advertising company Lowe & Partners, New York.

She is a recognised pioneer of Media Account Planning in the US, using qualitative insights to help media be truly engaging. She took an early interest in the possibilities of digital media and was one of the first researchers in America to conduct online focus groups. From 1986 to 1992 Patricia was Media Planning Director of Lowe Howard-Spink Advertising in London.

Patricia’s clients have included Sony, Citibank, Coca-Cola, Sprite, United Distillers, The Mail on Sunday, Iona Technologies, Smirnoff, General Motors, Heineken, The Sunday Times, Pepsi and Mercedes. She has a Business and Marketing degree from Aston University.
